“I took my parents car in on a busy Saturday mid morning. Kris gave me excellent customer service and it only took about a half hour. Then I took my car in early Saturday morning and Mark checked me in and other people at the same time. He spoke to all his customers with the upmost respect. "How can I help you sir and yes sir," took down necessary info, told them their price and how long it would be, then he went to work on smoging vehicles. Great family-owned business.
